Is the Pearl Baume Illuminating Highlighter suitable for all skin tones?

Yes. We developed Pearl Baume in a universal shade that complements every complexion under the sun.

Is Haléau vegan and cruelty-free?

Our formulas are cruelty-free, always. The Pearl Baume does contain sustainably sourced micronised pearl powder, which is not vegan. We’re fully transparent about our ingredients so you can make the best choice for you.

Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrance?

No. All Haléau products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance or other unnecessary fillers.

Packaging & Refills

Is the Pearl Baume refillable?

Yes. Each gold compact is designed to be refilled time and again, so you can treasure it as a keepsake while simply replacing the cosmetic inside.

How do I refill my compact?

When your Pearl Baume runs low, simply order a refill pod. Pop out the empty pan from your compact using a pin and snap the new one in — it’s that easy.

What materials do you use for packaging?

Our compacts are made from durable zinc alloy and our pans are made from recyclable aluminium. All cartons, tissue and shipping boxes are FSC-certified and printed with vegetable-based inks.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 applies.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we offer standard shipping only. Orders are usually delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location. For regional and remote areas, please allow a little extra time.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on any opened and used products. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it right away.
